International - At this moment we do not offer returns for international orders. 


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can't be altered or canceled after they have been submitted. Please make sure all your information is correct before completing the order. Before placing your order please make sure to take a look at the Size Chart

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or abuse under our Terms of Use. If your order is on hold due to invalid billing or shipping info, we'll attempt to contact you. The order will be canceled if we don't hear back from you within 3 business days.


Is there a deadline for returning something for a refund?

We will accept any unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise items for return within 14 days of delivery from orders delivered within the US only. The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package. At this time we are unable to do any size exchanges.

What if my item is no longer available?

If you have received an incorrect style/size that is no longer available please start a refund claim here within 14 days of delivery.


I want to return something that was a gift, can I do that?

We accept returns on orders that were purchased as a gift. Please note that a refund or any financial adjustment made on the order will be applied to the original form of payment only. If you are not the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If you are not the original customer, please include the order number and phone number/email. What is not refundable?

What form will my refund take?

All refunds can be credited to the original payment source or store credit transmitted to the email address provided when the order was placed. Please note, we only issue reimbursements if the return is due to an error on our part.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Who pays for postage?

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for return shipping. Illumix and the FNAF AR Merch store is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.


What if my return is lost in the mail?

We do not issue refunds for items not received and recommend you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery.
